SHIPPING & RETURNS
ALL ITEMS (EXCLUDING PRE-ORDERS) WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.
North Island deliveries (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.
South Island deliveries (non-rural) – Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand (rural) – Delivery normally takes between 3-5 business days after dispatch.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS.
We ensure our goods are of the highest quality and we are confident that all items purchased from us are in perfect order, however in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email baysafety@outlook.com We will arrange to provide a replacement if the product is unable to be fixed.
EXCHANGE POLICY.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about our products or are unsure about the item you wish to purchase then please feel free to contact us at baysafety@outlook.com prior to making your purchase – we are happy to help.
If you do need to exchange or return an item, the item must be returned to Bay Safety & Supplies within 7 days of the purchase date. It must be in original condition (this includes all original packaging ). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your payment, or provide you with a credit. If the returned item was on sale, a refund is provided in the form of a credit.
Return items that have been damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping and handling costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
EXCHANGES.
When exchanging for a "change of mind", a $7 re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at our warehouse.
Please remember to include with the return the original order details (packing Slip) such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
